Attorney Fee

Filing fees are charges that are set by the USCIS. Attorney fees are the fees charged by our law firm for our professional immigration services. The initial attorney fee is due upon submission of your signed retainer agreement to us. Remaining of the attorney fees are due and payable per the retainer agreement. The USCIS filing fee is separate from the attorney fee and is due before the application is filed with the USCIS. Attorney fees vary depending on the complexity of the case or length of the time involved in each case.

Our Attorney fees are competitive and reasonable as our experienced attorneys will help you navigate the complex U.S immigration system
